Reagan turns 8

Today we had a beautiful day so I took Reagan out for her birthday shoot. We had a great lunch and then headed downtown to find some "yucky places" The pics turned out great and they are so representative of her....Moody!!!! I cant believe she is already 8 years old. Her childhood is slipping through my fingers. I am so glad to have these to look back on and remember all of the wonderful details that are Reagan!

I am so in love with this image. She melts my heart.

We stumbled upon this wonderful pink bus.  I have seen it many times on other photographers sites and was so glad to have found it for today.  Perfect!!!

ANTM has nothing on this....

Ahhhh sweet reward.

I dont think I have ever seen anyone enjoy a chocolate chip cookie more that this.

After the sugar rush.

Obviously, we were done.

Marketing

To accompany my new logo and website I have been creating new marketing pieces.

So the highlight of my trip to Vegas, besides all the brilliant people I met (holla to all my peeps) was the Jerry Ghionis workshop.  He is a master at light and location.  I was so impressed with his genuine desire to share his knowledge and skill with us.  What I learned and the relationships I founded are priceless.  I cant wait until next year!

I did manage to get a few shots of the models also.

We were so inspired that we had to go out by the pool and shoot head shots of each other.

Snowed in

My kids only had one half of a day of school this week this is how they spent most of their days.

Free Range Chickens

Simon Rich is a brilliant young comedic writer.  I found his new book Free Range Chickens in the book store and I think it is hilarious.  Check out "The only e-mails I could receive that would justify the frequency with which I check my e-mail"  and Count Dracula's Match.com profile.
